Delete your Proof of Gains account
You can request deletion of your Proof of Gains account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete from the app
If you can access your account, use the account deletion option available within the Proof of Gains app. This is the fastest way to begin deletion of your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email andy@pogtechnologies.com from the email address associated with your Proof of Gains account.
Please use the subject line POG Account Deletion Request and include the email address used for your account if it is different from the email you are sending from.
What will be deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize account information and user content associated with your account where reasonably possible, including profile information, transformations, and progress photos.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, backup restoration, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Proof of Gains account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active POG Premium subscription, cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges.
